As soon as the lamp is taken out of the housing, the power supply is interrupted. Hence you won’t be able to look into the burning UVC-lamp. This guarantees optimal safety during maintenance.
Blue Lagoon T5 LAMPS are single ended UV-C (germicidal) lamps used in professional water and air disinfection units. The small 16 mm diameter of the lamp allows for a small system design and design flexibility. T5 lamps offer almost constant UV output over their complete lifetime, for maximum security of disinfection and high system efficacy.
